1998年，在中国北京的一条小胡同里，Spice Spirit (麻辣诱惑) 诞生了。怀着对四川菜的热爱，创始人希望将地道的四川麻辣滋味带给更多人。二十多年来，Spice Spirit一直是北京麻辣美食爱好者心中的首选，传递着最纯正的重庆味道。
In 1998, hidden within a small hutong in Beijing, China, Spice Spirit was born. Driven by a passion for Sichuan cuisine, our founder set out to share the authentic, bold flavors of Sichuan’s signature spicy dishes. For over two decades, Spice Spirit became a beloved destination for spice lovers in Beijing, delivering the true essence of Sichuan’s rich culinary traditions.

刘师傅：味道的灵魂
Chef Liu: The Heart of Our Flavors

Spice Spirit的行政总厨刘师傅，出生于重庆，从小沉浸在家乡的麻辣香气中。童年时街头巷尾的火锅香味、红油飘香和花椒的麻辣鲜香，塑造了他对正宗川菜的执着追求。加入Spice Spirit十余年来，刘师傅熟练掌握了重庆传统食材与烹饪技艺，从郫县豆瓣酱、重庆小米辣到花椒，凭借精湛厨艺，呈现出最地道的四川风味。
Executive Chef Liu, a native of Chongqing, grew up surrounded by the intense aromas of chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, and bubbling hotpots. His childhood memories of street-side noodles, fiery stir-fries, and fragrant chili oils shaped his dedication to authentic Chongqing cooking. With over 15 years at Spice Spirit, Chef Liu has mastered the art of balancing heat, aroma, and numbing spice, bringing out the soul of true Sichuan flavors.
